My name is Siân and I am a freelance certified Personal Trainer with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing helping people lead a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

As a mum of three; swimmer, runner, cross fit devotee and lifelong athlete, I have always had a love of fitness, nature, the outdoors and of course food. As a competitive swimmer from a very young age through to masters swimming in my 40s, fitness and nutrition have always been a passion as well as a lifestyle choice. During my earlier career as an IT/HR professional I found my attention was always coming back to how I could help others and I spent many hours informally coaching and volunteering for swimming and running events and exploring strength training.

Sian was my first ever personal trainer, I trained mainly in a group with three of my friends. I loved our training sessions! Sian did a great job in motivating us, adapting her exercises to each of our requirements and keeping her workouts fun! She was patient and attentive and knew when to push us to go just that bit further.
